Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if any item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Luvion is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control
